TANIA GRANT
Tania’s path to vocal greatness spans three continents and more than two decades. A highly sought-after and experienced voice and singing teacher, choral conductor and musical theatre vocal director, her credentials include voice qualifications from the Melba Conservatorium of Music, VCA, NIDA, The University of Wales, Boston Conservatory at Berklee (US) and Vocal Health Education (UK). She also trained with the late Kristin Linklater in Scotland. A recognised expert in musical theatre vocal health, Tania is also a recital performer, conference presenter, master class facilitator, adjudicator, public speaking teacher and self-proclaimed voice geek.
Musical theatre vocal direction highlights include Sweet Charity, CATS, Les Misérables, My Fair Lady, Company, Miss Saigon, All Shook Up, Big Fish, Urinetown, Guys and Dolls, Peter Pan, The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, Annie, Evita, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Wish Upon A Song Vol. I and II, Anastasia, The Wizard of Oz, and Into the Woods.
Most recently, she served as Assistant Director and Vocal Director for School of Rock (2025), Vocal Consultant for Mamma Mia! (2025), and Vocal Director for Beauty and the Beast (2026), all for Geelong Lyric Theatre Society.
