Geelong Lyric Youth Theatre is presenting a dynamic Summer intensive combining workshops, mentorship and a fully staged production of The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical for young performers aged 10-17, alongside mentorship opportunities for aspiring theatre creatives aged 16-25.
The Summer Intensive performers will be required to audition and are not guaranteed a place in the program. Production team will also be required to submit an application.

This dynamic musical adaptation of Rick Riordan’s bestselling book opened on Broadway in 2019. When teenager Percy Jackson discovers he’s a demigod, he and his friends embark on an epic journey to find Zeus’ missing lightning bolt and prevent a war among the gods.
